RETURN & EXCHANGE

 

You may return any product purchased from pffitnessgear.com for a refund or exchange within 3 days, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Only products purchased from PF Fitness .com can be returned through this process.

 

EASY RETURN:

  • Fill out the return form on the website and follow the instructions on the form.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise instructed by a member of the Everlast customer service team.

FAST Exchange:

To exchange, please contact PF Fitness Customer Service. Fill out the return form on the website and follow the instructions on the form. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

PF Fitness will not pay shipping charges for the replacement product.

FULL DETAILS ON PF FITNESS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Refunds will be issued in the same manner as when the products were originally purchased if the product is returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • All returned products must be returned unopened in their original packaging and must not be used.
  • PF Fitness reserves the right to refuse a return request for an opened, used item that is not in acceptable condition.
  • Customer is responsible for returning the product to PF Fitness prior to refund. The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
  • In case of exchange requests, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
  • PF Fitness is not responsible for missing or lost packages and advises the customer to include tracking numbers on returned products.
  • All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a completed RMA form, which must be returned in the package containing the product.
  • No returns or exchanges will be processed without an RMA form. The RMA form can be filled out here.
  • Returns are made within 5 working days of arrival at our warehouse. PF Fitness Customer Service will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
  • Please allow up to 3-5 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement as bank processes for requesting a refund vary by institution.
  • Please note that refunds will be made using the original payment method. This policy does not cover normal wear and tear from the use of our products. Products not purchased through PF Fitness cannot be returned or exchanged through these processes.
