Here’s the updated return and exchange policy including the damaged product refund clause:


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – PF Fitness Gear

You may return any product purchased from pffitnessgear.com for a refund or exchange within 3 days, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Only products purchased from PF Fitness Gear can be returned through this process.

EASY RETURN:

  • Contact PF Fitness Customer Service via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

FAST EXCHANGE:

  • To exchange a product, contact PF Fitness Customer Service on WhatsApp or email with your request.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
  • PF Fitness Gear will not cover shipping charges for the replacement product.

DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURNS:

  • If the product arrives damaged, you can return it.
  • For Refund and Exchange of Damaged product the Customer Must return the damaged product. 
  • The return delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
  • Once we receive the product and verify the damage, we will process a full refund, including the Return Delivery Charges.
  • Customers must contact PF Fitness Customer Service before returning a damaged item.

FULL RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method if the product is returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • All returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging unless they were received damaged.
  • PF Fitness reserves the right to refuse a return request if the item is opened, used, or not in acceptable condition.
  • Customers must return the product to PF Fitness Gear before a refund is processed.
  • PF Fitness Gear is not responsible for lost or missing return packages. Customers should use a tracked shipping method when returning items.
  • No returns or exchanges will be processed without prior approval.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days after the returned product arrives at our warehouse.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • This policy does not cover normal wear and tear from product use.

Products not purchased through PF Fitness Gear cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact the original retailer for assistance.
