  • Processing days: Monday to Friday

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

United States

  • Free Delivery: 10–12 business days
  • Express Delivery: 4–8 business days 

International Orders (if applicable)

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method
  • Any applicable taxes or duties are calculated during checkout or charged by customs (if applicable)

5. Important Notice on Delivery Delays

Due to ongoing global logistics disruptions and airspace limitations in certain regions (including impacts related to the Iran situation), shipping timelines may occasionally be affected.

  • All major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) are currently facing similar constraints

These delays are outside our control, but we ensure all orders are dispatched on time from our end.

  • Customers can monitor delivery progress through the provided tracking link

7. Shipping Address Responsibility

10. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
